As part of its ongoing relationship with the North American Menopause Society (NAMS), Women’s Voices for Change is providing full access to the NAMS Annual Meeting lectures on bone health, cardiovascular health, breast cancer risk reduction, estrogen, testosterone and other subjects.

These lectures were given during the 2007 NAMS annual meeting in October and include addresses by a number of leading experts and physicians, and a keynote by New York Times health columnist Tara Parker-Pope.

A list of all the lectures is available here. These have been organized at the NAMS site so that they can be viewed one at a time. Some of the videos of the presentations are over an hour long, so give yourself some time if you want a full briefing on one of these subjects.

Women’s Voices for Change has been a NAMS partner since our founding in 2005. Part of the proceeds of the event that launched WVFC went to NAMS, and the two organizations have a close affiliation.

In addition to bringing readers the lecture series, WVFC in the coming weeks will provide a brief overview of each presentation. We hope the series provides new insight into health for women over 40.
