Last week we discussed the importance of having a mindful exercise routine to practice regularly. This week, I’ve made a video showing a sequence of standing stretches and exercises that could be good to practice everyday. They are also perfect for either warming up or cooling down.
Note this is an example and not all exercises are suitable for everybody. Consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
