Video Pick – Women on Egypt’s New Day

This weekend saw the climax in the Egyptian revolution — a 30-year dictatorship taken down by 18 days of nonviolent action. As all the grand old men in the commentariat started talking about it, we knew we’d see some of the women we highlighted last week. Watch Christiane Amanpour, below, help Mona Eltahawy and Arianna Huffington bring the news about “people power” to the likes of George Will and Robert Kagan.  This time, the revolution was televised, and we’re lucky to have these wise women unafraid of its strength.
