Christy Turlington became one of the iconic faces of fashion in the 1990s and 2000s, appearing on the covers of magazines and modeling for the likes of Calvin Klein. But she has also shown that there is much more to her than a pretty face, earning a bachelor’s degree from New York University and most recently becoming a filmmaker with the documentary No Woman No Cry, which premiered on the Oprah Winfrey Network on Sunday. The CBS New program “Sunday Morning” checked in with her, giving us a peek at her life away from the catwalk. And her documentary can be viewed on OWN’s website until May 18.
