Andrea Jung, the chairman and chief executive of Avon Products, did not start at the top and she reminds women that they can achieve success wherever they are. “Bloom where you’re planted,” Jung told Fortune magazine. “And follow your compass, not your clock.” No wonder she was chosen one of Fortune‘s Most Powerful Women in partnership with Yahoo.
