We’re still waiting for the actual decision, but the initial impact in today’s Supreme Court  ruling in Wal-Mart v. Dukes is clear: Wal-Mart Stores will not have to face the largest sex-discrimination lawsuit in history. As CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin explains below, the decision is unanimous, though Justices Ruth Ginsberg wrote an opinion suggesting that there might be another way for the women to proceed.
