Jonathan Urla, a certified advanced health and fitness specialist, returns to the guidance of one of New York’s top yoga instructors, Laleh Nader, to share the value of meditation.


We previously learned about the many benefits of meditation for both your physical health and mental well-being. Today, I want to show you a basic guide to getting started with meditating. And, actually have you try to see how you like it. Once again, I have asked expert yoga teacher Laleh Nader to lead us in this practice and show us how easy, and wonderful it can be.
