For those following the buzz about the 63rd Emmy Awards, much of it has sounded more like a small screen Superbowl: "Mad Men vs. Boardwalk Empire," "Louis C.K. vs. Steve Carell." The exception: praise for the singular Jane Lynch by her Emmy-nominee peers. We at WVFC, on the other hand, have been keeping our applause lights for the group of over-40 actresses we highlighted as the summer began.
