With Thanksgiving officially behind us, it is time to acknowledge that “’tis the season” is officially here. And while many of us are busy creating our lists for giving, we thought it might be fun to create a virtual wish list here. We will be kicking off a fun holiday series that will feature the fashionable picks some of our stylish friends would love to see under their own tree.

Ever since I first saw the new Verdura Copa ring I have been smitten. Part of the New York Style collection, it is inspired by the golden age of New York and loyal clients such as muse Babe Paley and famed editor Diana Vreeland. While the ring exudes a timeless elegance, it also possesses a tailored, modern chic that would elevate any outfit.

Earlier this week, I attended a chic luncheon to see the new Valentino resort collection at my favorite local fashion outpost, Richards. With fresh colors and lots of lace, the collection was a total delight. Along with the clothing, Valentino presented new additions to its incredibly successful Rockstud bag collection. There was plenty of temptation, but I narrowed my choices down to two (counting as one pick)—one for day, one for dressy. I’d be thrilled with either, or even better, both! Contact Richards in Greenwich for info—tell them I sent you!

Lizzie Fortunato is a New York City–based accessories brand run by two sisters. Their unique collections are fashion-forward and popular with both fashionistas and editors. I adore their statement pieces—it’s an easy way to transform even the simplest of sheaths into something chic for the holidays. This Cosmic View necklace is on my list to embellish everything from a man-tailored blouse to my favorite LBD.

Irving & Fine has been on my radar since Carolina Irving and Lisa Fine established their eponymous line. Their shared passion for pattern and textiles translates perfectly to their collection of peasant blouses, silk dresses, caftans, and fantastic embroidered coats. This  silk leopard Kutch coat is the perfect addition to any wardrobe—it is four-seasons comfortable, goes with everything, travels well, and is undeniably chic!

Lastly, if you’ve consulted your Farmers’ Almanac, you’ll know that we are evidently in for quite the winter. You’ll want to keep warm with layers and chic accessories like this charming Miu Miu fur trimmed scarf.
