Patricia Yarberry Allen, M.D. and Monica Prasad Hayes, M.D. Patricia Yarberry Allen, M.D., director of the New York Menopause Center, is an Assistant Obstetrician and Gynecologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital (1985-present), a board certified fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medical College, Faculty Advisory to Weill Cornell Community Clinic, and a member of the North American Menopause Society. Dr. Monica Prasad Hayes is a board certified Gynecologic Oncologist who practices gynecologic oncology and gynecologic surgery, including robotic and minimally invasive surgery. She completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the New York–Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She completed a research fellowship in the Department of Surgery at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, focusing on the molecular genetics of endometrial cancer. She subsequently completed a clinical fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she continues to practice today.
