Legends in Fashion: Grace Coddington and Phyllis Posnick

They are legends in fashion publishing who have shared a career and friendship as Vogue magazine editors: Grace Coddington and Phyllis Posnick. As two innovative leaders in their field, they have made a fine art of bridging  fashion, art, design, and photography. On Tuesday, the Museum of Modern Art in New York brought together these incredible women of fashion for a conversation on their work, life, and vision. And, they have each recently published stunning books that takes viewers through their years at Vogue. “Grace: The American Vogue Years” and “Stoppers: Photographs From My Life at Vogue” details Coddington’s  and Posnick’s overlapping tenures at the iconic fashion title. In their books, they reflect on their rich, idiosyncratic, and collaborative careers in fashion using photography.
