I envy you, finding satisfaction in moving to a new place where you know no one. I still haven't found the secret to relocating, making new friends, and not continually feeling like a visitor. You'd think being a preacher's kid and moving every 3-5 years would have prepared me by now.

Reading Ainslie's entries is like receiving letters from an old friend. I hung on every word of this one, suspended, as she seems to be, between worlds. This is a blueprint for how to deal with change while retaining your identity and embracing the upside as you do. Brava!
